Settle into deep rest as you’re gently guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice done lying down that invites the body to relax while the mind drifts into a calm, receptive state. Like a water wheel turning slowly, this practice supports natural cycles of release, restoration, and renewal.
Gentle movement will be included in the evening’s practice .
Throughout the class, optional Reiki is offered to those who wish to receive it. Reiki is a light, non-invasive energy practice that may support balance, ease, and a sense of ease. You’re always welcome to simply rest and enjoy the Nidra without Reiki—this experience honors choice, comfort, and consent.
No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, get cozy, and allow yourself to rest deeply. Many students leave feeling grounded, clear, and gently refreshed—like still water after a slow, steady turn.
Propping such as a bolster and blanket will be provided. Optional items to support your rest that you can bring are: an eye pillow, additional blanket, and pillow.
